TPM  Condos Florida

1.  All rules posted by the Condominium Association must be followed by everyone. Any guests not following these rules will be given a warning. If there are any reoccurrences, the Condominium management has the right to evict the guest if the management feels it is warranted. There will be no refund of any rental fees if an eviction occurs.

2.  This condo is a no smoking unit. Smoking is allowed on the north patio only. Please put smoking residue in the proper containers.
